About Aprenta
Built by People Who Understand
Classroom Observations
Over a decade of experience in observation software, distilled into the simplest tool on the market.
Our Story
How We Got Here
We've spent more than 10 years building observation and professional development software for K-12 schools. In that time, our tools have been used in over 943 schools to complete more than 92,720 classroom observations.
Through all of that experience, we kept hearing the same thing from administrators: "I just want something simple that gets me into classrooms." They didn't need another analytics platform that takes longer to learn than it saves. They needed a tool that answers one question every morning: who should I visit today?
So we started fresh. We took everything we learned — what works, what doesn't, what administrators actually use vs. what just looks good in a demo — and built Aprenta from the ground up. Modern technology, thoughtful design, and a singular focus: making classroom observations as simple as possible.
What drives us
Our Mission
Empowering school administrators to spend more time in classrooms building relationships with teachers and supporting professional growth.
Simplicity
Every feature earns its place. Our Smart List doesn't give you a report to interpret — it gives you an answer: here's who needs you next. If a feature doesn't make your day simpler, it doesn't ship.
Collaboration
Observations should strengthen the relationship between administrators and teachers. Our tools are designed to support growth, not create anxiety.
Consistency
The most impactful principals are the ones who show up consistently. Aprenta makes it easy to maintain a regular classroom presence all year long.
